Strict DIY Liability Disclaimer
DIY battery assembly carries inherent risks. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any BMS, Active Balancer, Inverter, or LiFePO4 Cell that has been soldered, spot-welded, short-circuited, or wired incorrectly by the user. Hardware must be perfectly untouched to be eligible for technical review.
1. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Transit Damage
Because we ship heavy lithium cells and sensitive electronics via Pakistani dispatch networks, we ask that you visually inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival. Any claims for DOA (Dead on Arrival) hardware, broken terminals, or cracked screens must be reported on the SAME DAY of delivery. Claims filed 24 hours after courier delivery timestamps will not be entertained. Please record a brief continuous unboxing video as proof.
2. Grade A vs Grade B Cell Expectations
When purchasing Grade B lithium cells for home energy storage, please note that slight cosmetic blemishes, minor bulging under strict compression torque, and natural variations in internal resistance (IR) up to 0.4mΩ are completely normal traits of authentic Grade B chemistry. These are not classified as “defective” and are not eligible for a refund. Only cells that fail to hold standard operational voltage limits or exceed dangerous IR thresholds upon initial testing are eligible.
3. “Change of Mind” Returns
If you purchase a heavy-duty asset (such as a 5kW Inverter or an intact Lithium Battery Kit), leave it completely unopened in its original sealed packaging, and decide you want to return it, we will accept the return strictly within 7 days. However, you (the customer) will be 100% responsible for paying the heavy freight/shipping costs to return the items securely back to our facility in Lahore. Initial shipping costs dispatching the item to you are strictly non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and physically inspected by our engineering team to ensure no reverse-polarity damage or soldering has occurred, we will send you an email or WhatsApp to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied via Bank Transfer or your original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days.
